About the event
The Center for Reducing Health Disparities is collaborating with the North Omaha Community Care Council They will be hosting the 2nd Annual Lot-To-Know Block Party/ Dove Release in honor of those that have lost loved ones to Covid-19. The event will also include resources for community members. Nebraska Total Care will have an informational booth with plan materials available.
